A total of 161080407 raw Read pairs were detected using Illumina second-generation high-throughput sequencing platform and PE150 sequencing strategy. After quality control, 158370194 clean Read pairs were obtained. Star and Cufflinks software were used to complete the comparison and transcription splicing analysis, and then quantitative analysis was conducted on all genes, and differentiated genes were identified according to the differential combination set by the customer.
