<dc:title>International Urban Flood Resilience Guidelines and China-Related Policy and Standard Documents: Catalogue and Functional Coding Dataset</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.00zl8</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset contains two analytically separate strata: a catalogue of 123 international urban flood resilience guidelines and related institutional documents, and a catalogue of 46 China-related policy and standard documents, from which 19 core documents are coded for risk translation. International records are uniquely assigned to five primary functional categories. The 19 Chinese core documents are additionally coded across five stages: risk identification; target setting and classification; planning and design response; implementation and operation and maintenance; and recovery and feedback. Supplementary catalogues of local documents, group standards, and draft or pending-verification documents are provided but excluded from the 46/19 counts. The international and Chinese strata are not pooled as 169 homogeneous samples.</dc:description>
