Differentially expressed lncRNAs were identified among longissimus dorsi (LD), subcutaneous fat (SF), and visceral fat (VF) tissues. The first file contains differentially expressed lncRNAs from pairwise comparisons, whereas the second file contains the common differentially expressed lncRNAs identified between LD vs SF and LD vs VF comparisons.
