2026-08-20 Object–Disturbance–Capacity Coding and Catalogue Dataset for Urban Flood Resilience Guidelines doi:10.57760/sciencedb.00ztb en This dataset supports the manuscript “The Object–Disturbance–Capacity Structure of Urban Flood Resilience Guidelines”. It contains a catalogue layer and a full-text coding layer. The catalogue comprises 123 international guidelines and 46 Chinese policy or standard documents (169 records). The coding layer includes 85 international and 31 Chinese documents (116 records) for which readable full text or substantive official descriptions were available. Each coded document retains one verified primary Object, Disturbance, and Capacity code, together with source URLs, evidence carriers, coding rationales, document families, and within-family equal weights. The remaining 53 catalogue-only records retain bibliographic information but no O–D–C codes and are excluded from quantitative comparison. The package includes the codebook, catalogue, document-level codes, evidence log, marginal statistics, three-dimensional matrices, normalized differences, sensitivity analysis, field dictionary, and quality-control records.
