2026-08-24 Analytic Datasets from Randomized Clinical Trial of Baricitinib for Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage doi:10.57760/sciencedb.00zug en This site provides the analytic datasets for the BRIGHT clinical trial: Baricitinib for Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage (Trial registration: https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06737705). The analytic datasets are used for statistical analyses and presented in the results and conclusions of the trial article. Four analytic datasets are available for publication, which include:Subject-level Analysis Dataset: includes an anonymous participant identifier, analytic population flags, the trial group, baseline characteristics, subgroup flags, covariates, and outcomes of each participant. This dataset served for primary analysis.Event-level Analysis Dataset (SAE): includes analytic population flags, the trial group, and the detailed MedDRA category of each serious adverse event. This dataset served for primary analysis.Event-level Analysis Dataset (Immune cell counts): includes analytic population flags, the trial group, the detailed sampling time, and the cell count of each blood test. This dataset served for exploratory analysis.Time-to-event Analysis Dataset: includes analytic population flags, the trial group, changed immune status flags, and the event time of each participant.
