2026-08-21 SinoLight-100: A 100-m nighttime light dataset for China (2012–2025) doi:10.57760/sciencedb.00zuk en SinoLight-100 is a long-term, high-spatial-resolution nighttime light (NTL) dataset covering China from 2012 to 2025 at a spatial resolution of 100 m. The dataset was generated from NPP/VIIRS DNB NTL data using the deep-learning downscaling model, with Luojia1-01 high-resolution NTL imagery, road networks, impervious surfaces, and Highlight features as auxiliary data. The dataset contains 14 annual GeoTIFF files for 2012–2025. Pixel values represent NTL radiance in nW·cm⁻²·sr⁻¹. The data use the WGS84 coordinate reference system, are stored as Float32, and have a NoData value of 0.
