2026-08-20 Transcriptomic RNA sequencing from Tiantian Capsule-treated rats with low-fiber diet-induced constipation doi:10.57760/sciencedb.00zxo en This dataset contains the processed FPKM expression matrix generated from colonic transcriptomic RNA sequencing in a rat model of low-fiber diet-induced constipation. Male Sprague–Dawley rats were assigned to the normal control (NC), low-fiber diet model (LFD), and Tiantian Capsule-treated (TTC) groups. Five colonic tissue samples from each group were subjected to RNA sequencing, resulting in a total of 15 samples. The dataset provides the processed gene expression values used for transcriptomic analyses reported in the associated study.
