  <dc:title>Crystallization of Nanoporous AlPO4 Glass</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.0102x</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset is based on the experimental study of thermal induced structural evolution and crystallization behavior of mesoporous aluminum phosphate glass. The data set mainly recorded the evolution data of microstructure and physicochemical properties of mesoporous aluminum phosphate (AP) and europium doped mesoporous aluminum phosphate (0.5% Eu-AP) precursors synthesized by lactate mediated sol gel route under different heat treatment temperatures (700 ℃ to 1500 ℃) and different holding times.&amp;nbsp; The raw and processed data files included in the dataset mainly cover the following types of representation information: 1 Specific surface area and pore size distribution test data (N2 adsorption desorption, BET test, collected by Autosorb iQ instrument); 2. Phase structure and crystal evolution data (XRD X-ray diffraction, collected by Bruker D8 Advance, including diffraction patterns and grain size and crystallinity data at different temperatures); 3. Microscopic morphology and element distribution data (SEM scanning electron microscope and EDS element distribution map, collected by Carl Zeiss/JEOL instrument); HRTEM/SAED high-resolution transmission electron microscopy images); 4. Thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis data (collected by TG-DTA, NETZSCH STA-2500, temperature range from room temperature to 1500 ℃); 5. Molecular network structure spectral data (FTIR infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy, wavenumber/Raman shift and intensity); 6. photoluminescence and fluorescence lifetime test data (collected by FLS1000 spectrometer, including emission spectra under 394nm/365nm excitation, fluorescence lifetime decay curve, and asymmetry factor R value).&amp;nbsp; The tables and data files in the dataset are all in international standard physical units (such as temperature ℃, specific surface area m &amp;sup2;/g, pore size nm, grain size nm, wavenumber cm ⁻&amp;sup1;, fluorescence lifetime ms, etc.). The file formats mainly include. csv,. txt,. xlsx, and standard image formats (. tif/. png), which can be directly opened and analyzed using Excel, Origin, and conventional image viewing software. During the data collection process, background noise has been subtracted and verified through repeated experiments, and the overall integrity is complete without any missing data.&amp;nbsp;</dc:description>
