<dc:description>Data introduction: The uploaded file "Single Cell Multi omics Analysis Process of Mouse Pigtail Mouse Brain Region" is the code repository for single-cell multi omics data analysis of this study. It is used to reproduce downstream analysis of snRNA seq+snATAC seq in 8 brain regions of 5 mammals, including modular analysis folders and Jupyter Notebook scripts. Data background: Echo localization is a classic convergent evolutionary trait in mammals, which relies on acoustic echoes to complete spatial navigation, but the substrates of the central nervous cells are not yet clear. This study selected 5 mammalian species (3 echolocation species: Chinese Chrysanthemum headed Bat, Oriental Fuyi, and Daloushan Pigtail Mouse; 2 non echolocation species: short snouted fruit bat, laboratory mice), collected 8 brain region samples, and conducted single-cell multi omics sequencing (snRNA seq+snATAC seq) to obtain approximately 300000 high-quality cell nuclei, identifying the hippocampal excitatory neuron Echo Ex unique to echolocation animals. How to generate data: Experimental samples: 5 mammalian species, dissected olfactory bulb, cerebral cortex, hippocampus, pituitary gland, brainstem, vermis of cerebellum, cerebellar hemisphere, and quadruplex, totaling 8 brain regions; Liquid nitrogen quick freezing storage and extraction of cell nuclei. Sequencing library construction, data generation in this warehouse: Based on the original sequencing fastq, downstream calculations are completed using Python/Jupyter Notebook. </dc:description>
