<dc:title>Genomic and Phylogenomic Datasets Supporting the Taxonomic Expansion of Thermoleophilia</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.01074</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset contains genomic, phylogenomic, comparative genomic, and functional annotation data supporting the taxonomic and evolutionary analyses of the class Thermoleophilia. The dataset includes three newly generated genome datasets from desert soils in Xinjiang, China, comprising two cultured isolates (SYSU D00693T and SYSU D01012T) and one metagenome-assembled genome (BS_bin.015), together with publicly available MAGs and reference genomes used for comparative analyses. The dataset includes phylogenomic alignments, phylogenetic tree files, functional annotation files, KO profiles, and related analysis workflows, supporting phylogenomic reconstruction, genome relatedness analyses, 16S rRNA gene analysis, functional annotation, and comparative genomic analyses. These data provide genomic resources for investigating the taxonomic diversity, evolutionary relationships, and lineage-associated functional differentiation of Thermoleophilia, particularly within the order Solirubrobacterales.</dc:description>
