2026-08-26 Dataset of N–P–K stoichiometry of assimilative branches among three Calligonum species in Central Asia doi:10.57760/sciencedb.010cp en Field surveys were conducted in June 2022 at 28 sampling sites in the Junggar Desert of northern Xinjiang, China, with the Gurbantunggut Desert as the primary sampling area. Mid- to upper-canopy annual branch samples were collected from healthy, mature individuals of Calligonum mongolicum, C. leucocladum, and C. junceum. Plant samples were oven-dried, ground, and used to determine total N, P, and K concentrations. Stoichiometric ratios (N:P, N:K, P:K) were calculated from the measured element concentrations.
