<dc:description>This dataset comprises the experimental data supporting the findings presented in the manuscript titled "A universal and facile design strategy for ultrasensitive strain sensors with a 3.365 με detection limit." It includes raw and processed resistance–strain measurements from the dual-crack-modulated strain (DCMS) sensor, covering sensitivity characterization (gauge factor ≈ 430), ultralow detection limit (3.365 με), frequency-response tests, and long-term durability over 5,000 tensile cycles. Morphological data from scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and optical microscopy are also provided, documenting the crack propagation mechanisms in pressurized and as-deposited AgNW networks. Additionally, the dataset contains recordings from underwater disturbance tests and deep-sea hydrostatic pressure experiments (up to 50 MPa), including synchronized signals from the DCMS sensor, commercial strain gauge, and RBR pressure–temperature sensor. These data enable full reproduction of the sensor fabrication, performance evaluation, and structural health monitoring demonstration.</dc:description>
