<dc:title>Simulation dataset of carbon fluxes for major plant functional types in the Yarlung Zangbo-Lhasa-Nyangchu River basin,</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.010xd</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset is based on the Biome BGC 4.2 process model, using high-resolution grid point observation precipitation data (CN05.1), ERA5 solar radiation reanalysis data, and annual atmospheric CO ₂ concentration data from multiple sources in China. Using the Biome BGC 4.2 process model, four main vegetation functional types (evergreen coniferous forest, deciduous broad-leaved forest, alpine grassland, shrubland) at 101 0.25 &amp;deg; grid points in the watershed were simulated grid by grid point. The total primary productivity (GPP), net primary productivity (NPP), and net ecosystem productivity (NEP) of the historical period (2000-2022) were reconstructed, and SSP1-2.6 and SSP2-2.6 were directly driven and simulated based on the CMIP6 MIROC6 model. The evolution of carbon flux in the future (2015-2100) under four scenarios: -4.5, SSP3-7.0, and SSP5-8.5. Using Mann Kendall mutation test, Sen slope, Pearson and partial correlation analysis, R/S Hurst index and other methods, the temporal variation characteristics of carbon flux, climate driving factors and future persistence were evaluated.&amp;nbsp;</dc:description>
