2026-09-09 CRM_fMRI_data doi:10.57760/sciencedb.0113y en This project contains anonymized resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) data from a prospective longitudinal study investigating the immediate, short-term, and cumulative neural responses to cervical rotatory manipulation (CRM). The study included 15 healthy participants and 15 patients with cervical spondylosis accompanied by depressive symptoms. MRI assessments were performed at baseline (T0), immediately after the first CRM session (T1), after 1 week of CRM (T2), and after 1 month of CRM (T3). The dataset is organized by group and assessment time point: HC_T0, HC_T1, HC_T2, HC_T3, PAT_T0, PAT_T1, PAT_T2, and PAT_T3. Participant identifiers have been anonymized. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further investigation of longitudinal brain functional changes associated with CRM.
