2026-09-03 Literacy Study doi:10.57760/sciencedb.011bj en Participants were 44 fourth-year students enrolled in an English Language Teaching program at a public university. Quantitative data were collected using the Multidimensional AI Literacy Scale (MAILS) administered at the beginning and end of the semester. Qualitative data consisted of 308 structured reflections collected across seven reflection phases.
