<dc:title>Doubling the power efficiency of radioluminescent batteries via tuning the optical filed</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.011mt</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>&amp;nbsp; This dataset contains the measured current density&amp;ndash;voltage (J&amp;ndash;V) curves and the Geant4 Monte Carlo optical simulation results supporting the article &amp;ldquo;Doubling the power efficiency of radioluminescent batteries via tuning the optical&amp;nbsp;field.&amp;rdquo; J&amp;ndash;V curves were measured for X-ray radioluminescent batteries based on a Cs₃Cu₂I₅:Tl single-crystal&amp;nbsp;scintillator and a GaInP photovoltaic cell, irradiated by a tungsten target X-ray tube (Oxford, Apogee 5500) at 50 kV and 1.0 mA, for six optical configurations (control, three reflective films, an optocoupler-adhesive layer, and their&amp;nbsp;combination), with three independent measurements per configuration; derived Jsc, Voc, FF, output power density and&amp;nbsp;efficiency are included. The optical simulation data quantify energy deposition, photon losses (outcoupling, self-absorption, top/side leakage), outcoupling efficiency versus adhesive refractive index, and angular lightdistribution. Simulations used Geant4 with X-ray spectra from SpekPy and measured optical parameters (Enlitech QE-&amp;nbsp;R3011, Shimadzu UV-1800, FLS 980).</dc:description>
