<dc:title>Summary data for short-term dTEC variability and disturbance onset prediction at Danzhou, Hainan</dc:title>

<dc:description>Aggregated numerical results supporting XGBoost models of hourly detrended vertical TEC (dTEC) amplitude and new multisatellite disturbance onset after a recently observed quiet interval at Danzhou, Hainan (19.5 N, 109.1 E). This update contains 17 CSV summary tables of prediction errors, confusion counts, uncertainty intervals, calendar-only model comparisons, matched-selection yields, probability reliability, subgroup scores, annual sample counts and model settings, with documentation and aggregate plotting code. Historical threshold construction starts in 2015; event summaries cover 2016–2020, model development uses 2016–2019 and evaluation uses 2020. Hourly target offsets refer to center-time intervals: the first centered dTEC target includes some preceding raw observations, whereas the following target uses wholly subsequent observations. The source is directional vertical absolute TEC (DOI: 10.12176/01.06.00588-V01); slant relative TEC is not used. No raw observations, manually annotated core data, complete event catalogues, absolute event times, individual labels or predictions, or model weights are redistributed. This is a summary-data package, not a complete model-training dataset. Aggregate data: CC BY 4.0; code: MIT. Package revision 1.3 is prepared for repository Version 2. Associated manuscript: Short-Term Prediction of Hourly dTEC Variability and Multisatellite Disturbance Onset at Danzhou, Hainan. The manuscript is prepared for submission to Journal of Space Weather and Space Climate and has not yet been submitted.</dc:description>
