2026-09-09 Taxonomic clarification and geographical variation in the nutritional composition and untargeted metabolomic profiles of the woody vegetable Yunnanopilia longistaminea doi:10.57760/sciencedb.011tq en Based on herbarium records and field investigations, 19 samples of Y. longistaminea and its putative related taxa were collected, together with representatives of related genera in Opiliaceae (Agonandra, Lepionurus, Urobotrya, Champereia, Melientha, Cansjera, and Opilia) for phylogenetic analysis. Voucher information is provided in Table S1. Mature, fresh, and pest-free leaves were dried with silica gel, and total DNA was extracted for library construction and Illumina HiSeq 4000 sequencing by Novogene Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China), with an approximate sequencing depth of 2 Gb for Yunnanopilia species and 5 Gb for related genera.
