The CSV file has 63 records and 13 fields, covering the inspection domain, clause reference, bilingual sub-item names, point-origin categories, count structure, sampling parameters, minimum count and Chinese rule text. The seven domains contain 14 air-termination, 13 down-conductor, 10 earth-termination, 4 magnetic shielding, 7 equipotential bonding, 11 surge protective device and 4 line-routing sub-items. The five count structures comprise 42 full-enumeration, 7 object-tier, 6 fixed-ratio-with-floor, 4 category-tier-with-floor and 4 size-segmented rules. The accompanying bilingual README explains the fields, classification, provenance and licence.
