  <dc:title>Processed genomic data from clinical next-generation sequencing in a real-world sarcoma cohort</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.012ku</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset contains the de-identified processed genomic data analyzed in the study &amp;ldquo;Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing in Sarcoma Diagnosis and Classification: A Real-World Cohort Study.&amp;rdquo; The study included 106 patients who underwent 110 clinical next-generation sequencing (NGS) assays. Genomic alterations and sequencing-derived biomarkers were extracted from final clinical NGS reports generated during routine clinical testing. The dataset consists of two worksheets. &amp;ldquo;Assay_Data&amp;rdquo; contains assay-level information on diagnosis, genomic class, DNA and RNA sequencing availability, RNA fusion detection status, tumor mutational burden (TMB), and genomic alteration status. &amp;ldquo;Genomic_Alterations&amp;rdquo; contains 2,020 report-derived genomic alteration records, including gene, alteration type, transcript annotation, and alteration details. TMB was available for 71 assays, and RNA sequencing was performed in 55 assays from 53 patients. &amp;ldquo;NA&amp;rdquo; indicates that the corresponding measurement or assay was not available or not performed and does not represent a value of zero. The dataset provides patient- and assay-level processed genomic information supporting the genomic and fusion analyses reported in the associated manuscript and may facilitate comparison with other clinically sequenced sarcoma cohorts. Raw sequencing data were not centrally available to the investigators and are not included in this dataset.</dc:description>
