The "data applications" launched on open data platforms at all levels of government have increased year by year, but the prominent heterogeneity among platforms is not conducive to the formation and orderly development of a national "single ledger" of data resources and a unified market. As a structured and semantic approach to knowledge organization, knowledge graph technology provides an effective solution for the unified cross-platform description, semantic retrieval, and intelligent recommendation of data applications. This dataset focuses on the "data applications" published on China's open government data platforms. It collects relevant data from each platform since its launch through April 2026.
