2026-09-22 Somatic mutation and clinical follow-up data of an EGFR-mutant NSCLC cohort with TP53 co-mutation doi:10.57760/sciencedb.012z2 en This dataset contains data from 222 patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), generated by targeted next-generation sequencing (a 60-gene panel) of FFPE tumor tissue, together with clinical records and follow-up information. The dataset includes: EGFR mutation subtype, TP53 co-mutation status, variant allele frequency (VAF), age, sex, smoking history, histological type, clinical stage, treatment regimens, and overall survival (OS). All data are de-identified; sample IDs were recoded (1, 2, ...), and no personally identifiable information is included. Raw sequencing reads (FASTQ) are held by the testing laboratory and are not publicly available due to patient privacy considerations; they may be obtained from the corresponding author on reasonable request.
