2026-09-21 Sequence Information of PRRSV Strain doi:10.57760/sciencedb.01303 en A piglet in a pig farm in Zhejiang province has difficulty breathing, rough fur, low fever, accompanied by a few pig deaths, loss of appetite in pregnant sows, and reproductive disorders such as miscarriage. Virus isolation was performed on the collected samples, and a PRRSV NADC30 like strain was obtained. After identification and recombination analysis, it was confirmed that the strain was a non recombinant NADC30 like strain.
