<dc:description>This dataset contains the complete raw data for Supplementary Tables 3 and 4 of the manuscript titled "Investigating the mechanisms linking gut microbiota to IgA nephropathy: A mediating proteomics Mendelian randomization study".Due to the large number of records (over 3,000 rows), these tables could not be uploaded directly to the journal's submission system.Supplementary Table 3 contains the SNP-level instrumental variables used in the gut microbiota–IgA nephropathy Mendelian randomization analyses. It includes detailed information such as SNP IDs, chromosome positions, effect alleles, F-statistics, and exposure/outcome association estimates.Supplementary Table 4 contains the MR-Steiger directionality test results for the gut microbiota–IgA nephropathy analyses. It includes R-squared values for both exposure and outcome, directionality test results, and corresponding P-values.These files are provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format to ensure full data transparency and reproducibility.</dc:description>
