The study employed a 2 (support source: AI vs. colleague) × 2 (emotional support: present vs. absent) between-subjects design and included 180 valid employee participants. The dataset includes experimental conditions, manipulation checks, psychological resource availability, colleague reciprocity obligation, individual-directed organizational citizenship behavior intention, and demographic variables.
