2026-09-28 Yi Zong Jin Jian（knowledge triple） doi:10.57760/sciencedb.013fv en This dataset is a knowledge triple dataset derived from Yi Zong Jin Jian (Golden Mirror of Medicine), a comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine classic compiled in the Qing dynasty. The triples were automatically extracted from the digital text of the book using a multi-agent parallel processing framework. The dataset contains 25,571 triple records in a three-column structure (Entity 1, Relation, Entity 2), covering five dimensions: Chinese medicinals, formulas, diseases, acupoints, and medical theory, and involving 1,105 distinct relation types. The most frequent relations include indications (4,426 occurrences), symptom (3,856), and treatment (2,529). The dataset is released as an HTML table supporting search, pagination, and CSV export, and can provide a data foundation for the construction of TCM knowledge graphs, intelligent question-answering systems, and clinical decision support research.
