<dc:title>Dataset of gut microbiota in NSCLC patients and mouse models</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.013rc</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset contains derived analytical outputs generated from secondary‑analysis of public human clinical cohort and orthotopic Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) mouse model experiments for the associated manuscript entitled &amp;quot;Tumor‑induced disruption of colonic microbiota‑innate immune homeostasis promotes NSCLC progression and immunotherapy resistance&amp;quot;.It includes processed gut microbiota profiling results, metadata tables, numerical source values for generating all figures, statistical summary outputs, and experimental measurement tables from mouse in‑vivo studies.Human fecal 16S rRNA gene sequencing raw reads were retrieved from the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) under accession PRJEB26531; no original human raw sequencing FASTQ files are deposited within this dataset. Mouse fecal 16S amplicon processed abundance matrices, serum/cytokine ELISA measurement values, colon phenotypic indices, and correlation analysis outputs are provided in CSV and XLSX formats. These derived datasets support the findings on gut microbial dysbiosis, colonic barrier dysfunction, inflammatory cytokine alteration, and probiotic‑mediated immunotherapy improvement in non‑small‑cell lung cancer (NSCLC). All files can be reused for secondary statistical analysis and figure reproduction.</dc:description>
