2026-09-28 Posterior Samples and Model Curve Data for Bayesian Geometrical Modeling of IXPE Polarization Angle Curves of the Magnetars 1E 2259+586 and 1E 1547.0−5408 doi:10.57760/sciencedb.013wj en This dataset contains research data associated with the paper “Bayesian Geometrical Modeling of IXPE Polarization Angle Curves of the Magnetars 1E 2259+586 and 1E 1547.0−5408”. The deposited data mainly include Bayesian posterior samples obtained from geometrical modeling of the phase-resolved X-ray polarization position-angle curves of the magnetars 1E 2259+586 and 1E 1547.0−5408, together with selected numerical model-curve data.For 1E 2259+586, the dataset includes posterior samples for the classical rotating vector model (CRVM) and the modified rotating vector model (MRVM) incorporating a first-order magnetospheric twist correction. For 1E 1547.0−5408, the dataset includes posterior samples from the flat-prior CRVM and MRVM analyses, represented using the parameter branch adopted in the published paper. Numerical model-curve data corresponding to Figure 3, including the radio-fixed model curves, are also provided.The phase-resolved IXPE polarization measurements used as model inputs were adopted from previously published studies, and the original IXPE event files were not reprocessed in this work. The Bayesian posterior samples and model-curve data deposited here were generated in the present study and support the geometrical parameter constraints and model-comparison results reported in the associated publication.
