2026-09-29 Analysis Code and Sampling Dataset for ECOLIND-60141 doi:10.57760/sciencedb.0144k en This repository contains the analysis code and a representative sampling dataset for the manuscript "Non-linear interactive thresholds of water use efficiency dictate precision ecological zoning across climatic gradients" submitted to Ecological Indicators (ECOLIND-60141). The code performs CatBoost and XGBoost model training, SHAP value extraction, and threshold comparison for three climatic subregions of the Yellow River Basin. The sampling dataset contains WUE and 14 predictor variables for up to 10,000 pixels per year per region (2001–2020), which is sufficient to validate the analytical workflow.
