<dc:title>Study on the Predictive Value of the Serum B7-H4 and Cripto-1 Level for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.03251</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>Objective&amp;nbsp; To explore the predictive value of the serum negative costimulatory molecule B7 homolog 4（B7-H4）and carcinoembryonic gene Cripto-1（CR-1）level for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods&amp;nbsp;75 patients with NSCLC and 113 patients with Benign lung diseases (BLD) diagnosed in&amp;nbsp;Hefei cancer hospital ，Chinese Academy of Sciences were chosen to detect the level of the serum B7-H4, CR-1, carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), and cytokeratin 19 segments (CYFRA21-1), and&amp;nbsp;Pearson Correlation was used to analyze the correlation between them. The risk factors of NSCLC were analyzed by logistic regression, and the predictive value of B7-H4, CR-1, CA125 and CYFRA21-1 was determined by receiver operating characteristic&amp;nbsp;curve.&amp;nbsp; Results&amp;nbsp; The level of the serum B7-H4, CR-1, CA125 and CYFRA21-1 in NSCLC&amp;nbsp;Group&amp;nbsp;higher than that of in BLD&amp;nbsp;Group&amp;nbsp;(P &amp;lt;0.05). The level of the serum B7-H4 and CR-1 in patients in NSCLC&amp;nbsp;Group&amp;nbsp;was positively correlated with that of CA125 and CYFRA21-1(P&amp;lt;0.05),&amp;nbsp;respectively. Besides, B7-H4, CR-1, CA125, and CYFRA21-1 levels were&amp;nbsp;risk factors for NSCLC (P&amp;lt;0.05). Meanwhile,&amp;nbsp;the level of the serum B7-H4 and CR-1 predicted the area under curve（AUC）of the NSCLC was 0.912 and 0.933, and&amp;nbsp;the AUC of the B7-H4 with CR-1&amp;nbsp;on the NSCLC was 0.984 (P&amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion&amp;nbsp; The B7-H4 and CR-1 levels in the serum have a certain predictive value for NSCLC, and combined detection of B7-H4 and CR-1 has high specificity and sensitivity&amp;nbsp;which has high clinical application value.&amp;nbsp;</dc:description>
