2022-10-17 RNA SEQ data of mouse CD8+ Teff treated with LA/LC doi:10.57760/sciencedb.03324 en CD8+ T cells derived from mouse spleen were activated by CD3/28 in vitro and divided into the following four groups. 1. The control group was treated with solvent (water). 2. Lactic acid treatment group was treated with 10mM lactic acid for 3 hours; 3. Lithium carbonate group was treated with 1mM lithium carbonate for 3 hours; 4. The lactate/lithium carbonate combined treatment group was treated with 1mM lithium carbonate combined with 10mM lactate for 3 hours.
