<dc:title>Bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequence in sediments of Erhai and Fuxian lakes</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.04516</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>The V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA genes were amplified using the primer set of 338F/806R. A unique 6-bp barcode region has been selected for each sample. The amplicons were purified using a universal DNA purification kit (TIANGEN, China) The purified amplicons for each sample were equimolarly pooled and sent to Guangdong Magigene Biotechnology Co., Ltd., (Guangzhou, China) for library construction and paired-end (2 &amp;times; 250bp) sequencing on an Illumina Nova6000 platform.</dc:description>
