2023-01-10 A dataset of Chiridota heheva doi:10.57760/sciencedb.07077 en A sample of C. heheva was collected from the Kairei vent in the Mid-Indian Ocean, with a depth of 2428 m. The HiFi data was generated on the PacBio Sequel II platform, while the Hi-C data and total RNA were generated on the Illumina NovaSeq-6000 sequencing platform. The chromosome-level genome assembly of C. heheva was performed using both HiFi reads and Hi-C reads.
