2023-02-01 shear-phase retrieval data for double-grating Ronchi lateral shearing interferometry doi:10.57760/sciencedb.07188 en The experiment was conducted in a double-grating Ronchi shearing interference system, in which the light source was a light emitting diode (LED) with a wavelength of 532 nm, and the lens under test was a standard microscopic objective with a 5 demagnification and a numerical aperture of 0.3. The period of sourec grating is 75.2 μm, and that of Ronchi grating is 15.04 μm.
