Primary data was collected from student nurses who attended clinical practicum in two major hospitals within the Eastern Region of Ghana. The tool for the data was the Clinical Learning Environment Inventory (CLEI) which EXCLUDED the "individualized subclass." Thus, the data provides insight into responses to demographic features and five subclasses of the CLEI; personalization, student involvement, satisfaction, task orientation, and teaching innovation.
