2023-07-31 sRNA sequence dataset doi:10.57760/sciencedb.09709 en Total RNAs were extracted from the culture supernatants of WT Trichoderma harzianum (Th) and the engineered Th-GFPi and Th-Pmt2i strains with TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen). sRNA libraries were prepared and sequenced with a unique molecular identifier (UMI)-based technology on the DNBSEQ platform by BGI. Three biological repeats were sequenced for each strain, and two Th-Pmt2i strains were sequenced.
