2024-07-11 Transcriptome of a male and female individual palpus of Trichonephila antipodiana doi:10.57760/sciencedb.10355 en The experimental samples were taken from Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province. After being brought back to the room for 3 days of starvation treatment, adult male and female individuals were selected and their body surfaces were washed with sterilized ultrapure water. Cut off the limbs of male and female individuals, place them in a 1.5 mL enzyme free test tube, and store at -80 ℃. Male and female adults each contain 3 duplicate samples (named Fp1, Fp2, Fp3 and Mp1, Mp2, Mp3).
