<dc:title>Organic proxies (TOC, TN, &amp;delta;13C, &amp;delta;15N), sediment texture, aluminous clay and reactive iron (Fed) data from the Ganges-Brahmaputra river system, Bengal Basin, Bangladesh</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.11471</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This dataset presents various organic proxies from bulk sediments of the Ganges-Brahmaputra river system, including Total Organic Carbon (TOC-bulk), Total Nitrogen (TN-bulk), and stable isotopes (&amp;delta;13C-bulk, &amp;delta;15N-bulk). It also includes laser grain-type data, along with measurements for different organic matter fractions. These fractions, namely the free light fraction (fLF), occluded light fraction (oLF), and heavy fraction (HF), are represented by TOC and their corresponding stable isotopes (&amp;delta;13C) as TOC-fLF, TOC-oLF, TOC-HF, &amp;delta;13C-fLF, &amp;delta;13C-oLF, and &amp;delta;13C-HF, respectively. Additionally, the dataset features mineral associations, such as aluminous clays and reactive iron (Fed).</dc:description>
