  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>The performances in terms of spatial resolution, radiation damage, nano-CT, and nano-spectral imaging of the TXM beamline.TXM system:&amp;nbsp;TXM system&amp;nbsp;comprising a monocapillary condenser, pinhole, objective ZP, sample station, and two X-ray imaging detectors.Monocapillary condenser: It is a in-house-designed&amp;nbsp;monocapillary&amp;nbsp;condenser. Major axis:1000/1000mm; Minor axis:0.524/0.485mm; Length:101/85mm; Entry Diameter:562/552&amp;mu;m; Exit Diameter :344/408&amp;mu;m; Work distance:&amp;nbsp;~95/85mm.Pinholes:&amp;nbsp;Diameters:100 &amp;mu;m and 150 &amp;mu;m.ZP: Two sets of ZPs (XRnanotech, Switzerland). Diameter: 100/125&amp;mu;m; Outermost zone:40/25nm; Focal length@8keV: 25.806/20.161mm;&amp;nbsp;DOF@8keV:41.3/16.1mm;&amp;nbsp;NA object@8keV: 1.9/3.1mrad.Imaging detectors: Two sets of X-ray imaging detectors for high- and medium-resolution&amp;nbsp;imaging. The high-resolution detector is a scintillator-coupled optical microscope with 2&amp;times;, 4&amp;times;&amp;nbsp;and 10&amp;times;&amp;nbsp;optical magnification lenses and a water-cooled 16-bit 2048&amp;times;2048 camera (Zyla 4.2 PLUS sCMOS, Andor, Oxford Instruments, UK) with 6.5-&amp;mu;m square pixels.Spatial resolution: The spatial resolution test for the TXM used a&amp;nbsp;standard Siemens star pattern (Carl Zeiss, German) with the smallest feature size of 30 nm in the high-resolution mode.Data processing software: 3D reconstruction:&amp;nbsp;AduRecon&amp;nbsp;(in-house desigend), Avizo&amp;reg; Fire&amp;nbsp;(commercial); TXM-XANES: TXM-Wizard (open source).</dc:description>
