To better understand the biological function of these DEGs, Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis were performed. The ‘antioxidant activity’ and cell growth and death’ pathways were significantly downregulated, indicating that RSL3 disrupted redox homeostasis in T. gondii.
