This systematic review analyzes studies from Scopus and Web of Science using scientometric tools in R Studio (Bibliometrix). Documented effects include disrupted communication, intensified stress, reproductive alterations, and impaired development. Species such as the Lusitanian toadfish (Halobatrachus didactylus) and the Yangtze finless porpoise (Neophocaena asiaeorientalis) exhibit reduced survival and habitat displacement.
