The hematological parameters of the subjects focused on in this study were Hb, MCV, MCH, and Hb A2, and the detection range of genetic anlysis included 3 deletional α-thalassemia variants (--SEA, -α3.7, -α4.2) and 3 non-deletional α-globin gene mutations (αCSα, αQSα, αWSα), and 17 common non-deletional β-globin gene mutations (βCD41-42, βCD43, βIVS-II-654, βCD17, βCD14-15, β-28, β-29, βCD71-72, βE, βIVS-I-1, βCD27-28, βIVS-I-5, βCAP, βInt, βCD31, β-30, β-32).
