<dc:title>Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE) datasets for agar phantom, healthy human brain and liver</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.22378</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>The dataset comprises three types of MRE data:1)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Agar Phantom Data: Generated from a self-made agar phantom containing two inclusions&amp;mdash;one hard and one soft&amp;mdash;embedded within the gel.2)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Brain Data: Acquired from the brain of a healthy volunteer.3)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Liver Data: Collected from the liver of a healthy volunteer. All datasets were acquired using four vibration frequencies (30 Hz, 40 Hz, 50 Hz, and 60 Hz), with slice acquisition performed along the z-axis. The data are organized into four distinct categories with the following structure: 1)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;PhaseRaw (Raw phase data) a)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Unit: Radians b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Dimensions: [x, y, z, phase offset, displacement direction, vibration frequency] c)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Note: For each acquisition, four phase offsets were recorded, and each phase offset includes two displacement encodings (positive and negative). Therefore, there are a total of 8 phase offsets data, among which the odd-numbered ones are positive encodings and the even-numbered ones are negative encodings. 2)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;U (Displacement field) a)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Unit: Radians b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Dimensions: [x, y, z, phase offset, displacement direction, vibration frequency] 3)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Mag (Magnitude images) a)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Dimensions: [x, y, z, phase offset, displacement direction, vibration frequency] b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Note: For each acquisition, four phase offsets were recorded, where positive and negative displacement encoding corresponded to odd- and even-numbered phase offsets, respectively. 4)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;G (Complex shear modulus) a)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Unit: Pascals (Pa) b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Dimensions: [x, y, z] c)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Note: the real part represents the storage modulus and the imaginary part represents the loss modulus.</dc:description>
