2025-12-04 Resequencing data for Cotton doi:10.57760/sciencedb.22680 en Resequencing data for F2 （ZY220 × ZY043）This directory contains re-sequencing data (raw sequencing data) for 200 F₂ individuals. The F₂ population was derived by crossing ZY220 (a long-fiber material) as the paternal parent and ZY043 (a short-fiber material) as the maternal parent, resulting in an F₂ population of 1888 individuals.Based on the fiber phenotype of the F₂ individuals, we selected 100 extreme short-fiber materials and 100 extreme long-fiber materials. These 200 individuals are named using their corresponding numbers as the filename prefix.The file HY2_totalSample.txt contains the phenotype data for all 1888 F₂ individuals. In this phenotype file, the first column follows the format X_Y_Z, where:X represents the F₂ cross combination number.Y represents the material number within that F₂ combination.Z represents the technical replicate number.
