2025-05-26 Transcriptome sequencing of cotton fiber from -1 to 28 DPA (Gossypium Hirsutum TM-1) doi:10.57760/sciencedb.25502 en Gossypium hirsutum acc. TM-1 was grown at the Jinming Campus of Henan University, China, during 2019 and 2020. Samples were collected at 24-hour intervals from -1 to 28 DPA, with two biological replicates per time point.
