2025-06-24 Data set of the properties of Cu-based quantum dot sugar glasses doi:10.57760/sciencedb.26201 en UV-Vis absorption spectra，PL spectra, PL lifetiem and PLQYs of colloidal Cu-based quantum dots were collected using spectrometer on QD dispersion. The morphologies, crystalline phase and chemical composition of Cu-based QDs were confirmed by transmisison electron microscopy and XRD analyser. Optical properties of QDs after phase transfer were investigated using spectrometer as well.
