After 72 h of transfection, the cells were harvested via the RNAiso Plus reagent (Takara, Dalian, China) and sent to Gene Read Biotech Co., Ltd. (Wuhan, China) for RNA extraction and detection of the RNA expression profile. Significantly differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were defined as those with an absolute log2-fold change greater than 0.5 and a P value less than 0.05. GO enrichment analysis was subsequently conducted on these DEGs, and terms related to biological process (BP), cellular component (CC), and molecular function (MF) with P value less than 0.05 and ranking in the top 10 terms by count were visualized.
