2026-03-05 De-identified participant-level dataset for a trial comparing French Contrast Training (FCT) and Equal-Load Training (ELT) on strength and jump performance doi:10.57760/sciencedb.28819 en This repository provides a de-identified, participant-level dataset from a controlled trial examining the effects of French Contrast Training (FCT) versus Equal-Load Training on performance. Participants were allocated to either the FCT group or the ELT group and completed a 8-week intervention. Measurements were collected at baseline and post-intervention, including 10-meter sprint, CMJ, SJ, 1RM, MCV. The dataset contains de-identified IDs, group assignment, time points, and outcome variables.All direct identifiers have been removed, and participants are labelled with anonymous IDs only.
