<dc:description>This dataset contains the spatial environmental forcing and physiological thermal-tolerance data used to evaluate the growth performance of diploid and triploid Pacific oysters (Magallana gigas) under present-day and projected climate conditions. The dataset was compiled to support dynamic energy budget (DEB) simulations across global oyster farming areas. including Current Temperature: daily sea-surface temperature for 365 days, representing present-day conditions in 2023 (°C).Current Chl: daily chlorophyll-a concentration for 365 days in 2023 (μg L⁻¹).Future Temperature: projected daily sea-surface temperature for 2050 under the SSP5-8.5 scenario (°C).Future Chl: projected chlorophyll-a concentration for 2050 under SSP5-8.5. Monthly values are expanded to the corresponding days of a 365-day model year (μg L⁻¹).Heart rate: heart-rate measurements of diploid and triploid oysters at temperatures from 15 to 45°C. The worksheet includes individual measurements and mean heart rates for 20 individuals of each ploidy (beats min⁻¹).Arrhenius breakpoint temperature: individual ABT estimates for diploid and triploid oysters derived from the heart-rate temperature-response data (°C).</dc:description>
