2026-05-25 Findme re-analysed nanopore sequencing sample HG002 doi:10.57760/sciencedb.30504 en This is a dataset of a re-analysis of the ONT Minion sequenced HG002 sample with FindMe to evaluate the accuracy of FindMe. The benchmark dataset was OxBS-seq of the same sample . Raw signal data was from ONT open data at s3://ont-open-data/gm24385_mod_2021.09. Basecalling was performed by Guppy version 2.3.7,3.0.3, 3.4.1, 3.5.1, 4.5.4 and 6.4.8. Configuration details was showed in each file name. Methylome inferring was used FindMe with appropriate models according to the basecalling infomation. Alignment was performed by `dorado 0.9.1 align`. Methylation information was generated by modkit v0.4.4. The Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) was calculated using `findme pcc` module.
